作为我国第一部系统规范事业单位人事管理的行政法规,《条例》为深化事业单位改革提供了“牵一发动全身”的促动力。《事业单位人事管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)作为我国第一部系统规范事业单位人事管理的行政法规,将于7月1日起施行。《条例》共10章44条,确立了事业单位人事管理的基本制度,在社会保险、工资收入等方面的相关规定呈现出改革亮点。
As the first administrative regulation in our country to standardize the personnel administration of public institutions, the “Regulations” provide the impetus to “deepen the reform of public institutions” and “lead a whole body”. The Regulations on the Administration of Personnel of Public Institutions (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) will be implemented as July 1, as the first administrative regulation on the personnel management of public institutions in China. The “Regulations” consists of 10 chapters and 44 articles and establishes the basic system of personnel administration in public institutions. The relevant provisions on social insurance and wages and salaries show the reform highlights.
