建筑业要消耗大量原材料和能源。作为原材料选择方法之一,“可持续性”准则是人们在考虑社会和经济可持续发展需求后提出的。本文所介绍内容,涉及预制混凝土产品在传统原材料配合比不适用情况下,如何找到具有竞争力的替代性原材料。本文所提及方法,是将颗粒堆集“干扰”原理,用于混凝土路面砖的配合比设计中。以阿根廷一家混凝土路面砖工厂实际使用的骨料颗粒级配,作为参照,采用骨料破碎加工过程产生、粒径级配不符合要求的废料,替代部分细骨料生产混凝土路面砖,并对产品性能进行检测。测定采用这种固废骨料所配制砂浆试件的物理性能和力学性能。对配合比进行优化,直到获得具有同等力学性能、少水泥用量的配合比;对骨料破碎产生的细颗粒掺加物百分比,进行控制。用三个参数作为评价混凝土配合比“可持续性能”的指标。通过利废,降低路面砖生产对自然环境的影响;此外,还可获得更加经济的混凝土配合料。
The construction industry consumes a lot of raw materials and energy.
