目的分析新余市手足口病疫情发病特点,提出防控对策。方法根据疫情网络直报病例数及病原学检测结果进行分析。结果 2009年该市共报告手足口病病例1 279例,发病率109.54/10万,死亡5例,死亡率0.43/10万,病死率0.39%;患者年龄为2个月~40岁,高发年龄组为<5岁组,发病1 246例,占93.98%,经统计学分析,各年龄组之间发病差异有统计学意义;城区发病比农村高,经统计学分析,城区发病和农村发病差异有统计学意义;发病高峰为4~6月份;对76例患者的疱疹液、咽拭子和粪便标本进行EV71核酸检测,阳性36例,阳性率47.37%。结论引起该市手足口病的病原为肠道病毒EV71型。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of HFMD epidemic in Xinyu City and put forward the prevention and control measures. Methods According to the number of cases reported by epidemic network and the results of pathogen detection. The incidence of urban area was higher than that of rural areas, and the difference was statistically significant The incidence peak was from April to June. The herpes fluid, throat swab and stool samples of 76 patients were tested for EV71 nucleic acid, with 36 positive samples (positive rate: 47.37%). Conclusion The pathogen of hand, foot and mouth disease in this city is enterovirus EV71.
