尽管亚洲犯罪学在近几十年有着一些显著的进步,其发展的步伐与北美、欧洲同领域相比一直是非常缓慢的。本文主要讨论亚洲的重要特征,这关乎亚洲犯罪学的发展,也讨论多元文化、法律传统、犯罪与犯罪控制等亚洲犯罪学发展面临的主要挑战,同时也讨论亚洲环境拥有的发展机会。本文提出了应对这些挑战的普遍策略,作者建议重视统一范式的亚洲犯罪学的建立。《亚洲犯罪学》杂志旨在为亚洲犯罪学的发展提供助力。
Although there has been some remarkable progress in Asian criminology in recent decades, its pace of development has been very slow compared with that of North America and Europe. This article focuses on the key characteristics of Asia. It is about the development of criminology in Asia. It also discusses the major challenges in the development of criminology in Asia such as multiculturalism, legal traditions, crime and crime control, and also discusses the development opportunities that Asian environment possesses. This article presents a common strategy to address these challenges, and the author suggests focusing on the establishment of a uniform paradigm for Asian criminology. Asia Criminology Magazine aims to boost the development of criminology in Asia.
