抗日战争时期,中国共产党始终高举全面抗战的大旗,倡导建立和维护巩固抗日民族统一战线,实行全国抗战路线和持久战的战略方针,在敌后广泛发动民众,开展抗日游击战,建立抗日民主根据地;在沦陷区特别是大中城市和交通要道,领导各种形式的抗日斗争;在国民党区域也通过各种渠道和形式宣传抗日、民主、进步主张,团结争取国民党、中间党派、地方实力派、民族工业、新闻、文艺等各界人士,共同争取抗战的胜利。中国共产党对敌后抗日根据地文化建设的重视,使各根据地在有限的条件下从事文化建设,使抗日根据地的文化活动得到积极开发,并以其丰富的内容,多样的形式,在团结教育抗日军民,鼓舞抗日斗志,活跃根据地文化生活等方面,积累了宝贵的经验。八路军的文化建设就是在这样的背景下开展起来的。研究抗战时期中国共产党对文化的重视及其特点,对深化八路军文化的研究是有帮助的,是十分必要的。本文仅对抗战时期中国共产党对抗战文化的高度重视及其特点做一初步考察。
During the period of the Anti-Japanese War, the Chinese Communist Party always held high the banner of an all-round war of resistance and advocated the establishment and maintenance of a strategic policy of consolidating the anti-Japanese national united front and implementing the national anti-Japanese war line and protracted war; extensively mobilizing the masses behind the enemy lines; launching a guerrilla war against Japan and establishing an anti-Japanese democratic base; In the occupied areas, especially large and medium-sized cities and key transport routes, they led all forms of anti-Japanese struggle; in the Kuomintang areas, they also advocated various anti-Japanese, democratic and progressive proposals through various channels and forms and united for the Kuomintang, the middle parties and the local power factions, Ethnic industries, news, art and other people from all walks of life to jointly win the victory of the war of resistance. The CPC attaches importance to the cultural construction of the anti-Japanese base areas behind enemy lines in that the base areas are engaged in cultural construction under limited conditions so that the cultural activities in the anti-Japanese base areas can be actively developed. With its rich content and diverse forms, the CPC has unitely educated the army, Encouraging anti-Japanese morale and active base areas of cultural life, has accumulated valuable experience. Eighth Route Army’s cultural construction is carried out in this context. Studying the CPC’s emphasis on culture and its characteristics during the Anti-Japanese War is helpful and necessary for deepening the study of the Eighth Route Army’s culture. This paper only makes a preliminary investigation of the CPC’s war on the culture of war and its special attention.
