我国煤炭价格依然存在煤炭成本不完全、煤炭价格与市场供求关系不紧密、煤炭价格偏低等突出问题,离煤炭价格市场化还有很大差距。从发达国家煤炭价格市场化情况来看,我国应着力建立煤炭期货市场和煤炭价格指数、加大煤炭市场的开放力度、建立全面反映煤炭成本的核算体系和煤炭价格预测体系等,进一步推动煤炭价格市场化改革,为煤炭市场的可持续发展奠定基础。
