为深入进行教学改革,更新教育教学理念,创新课堂教学研究方式,打造高效课堂,提高教育教学质量,我在校领导的带领下,从2012年开始在学科生命教育方面进行了一系列的探索与尝试,并初尝甜头。现将我的做法与大家分享。一、以班级管理为切入点,让外部形式的转变成为学生学习方式转变的驱动力首先制定了学科生命教育实验方案,对每一阶段的实际目标和任务作以明确规定,并制定了“边学习、边培训、边实践”的实验策略,采用“以点带面,全面推行”的方式发挥团队协作的优势与能力。
