市场经济要求的中职教育绝不仅是“普通教育中淘汰者”的教育,也绝不是没有质量的教育。没有教学质量的职业教育是失败的教育,就要受到生存的挑战。因此,当前真正破解中职招生困境,走出招生低谷应从几方面入手:第一,中职教育要切实转变观念,提高服务意识;第二,加强师资队伍建设,提高教育教学质量;第三,政府和教育行政部门应营造有利环境,实施有效监督。只有这样切实提高中职教学质量,才能办出人民满意的中职教育。
The vocational education required by the market economy must not be merely an education of “eliminated from general education” nor an education of no quality. Vocational education without teaching quality is a failure of education, we must be challenged by survival. Therefore, at present, we must truly solve the dilemma of enrollment in secondary vocational schools and get out of the downturn of enrollment: First, vocational education should effectively change its concept and raise awareness of service; secondly, strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve the quality of education and teaching; third, the government And education administrative departments should create a favorable environment, the implementation of effective supervision. Only in this way can we effectively improve the quality of secondary vocational education so that secondary education can be satisfactorily carried out by the people.
