中华人民共和国国家发展和改革委员会令第1号根据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》、《国务院对确需保留的行政审批项目设定行政许可的决定》,2005年6月24日,国家发展和改革委员会颁布了《价格鉴证师注册管理办法》(国家发展和改革委员会令第34号).在此基础上,为进一步规范价格鉴证师注册工作,国家发展和改革委员会决定对《价格鉴证师注册管理办法》进行修订,原《价格鉴证师注册管理办法》同时废止。现将《价格鉴证师注册管理办法(2008年修订)》予以公布,自公布之日起施行.国家发展和改革委员会主任张平二○○八年八月二日(稿件来源:国家发展和改革委员会提供)第一条为规范价格鉴证师注册工作,根据《中华人民共和国价格法》、《中华人民共和国行政许可法》和《国务院对确需保留的行政审批项目设定行政许可的决定》,制定本办法。
