我厂熔铸车间成立于1986年初。当时是承担国家“七五”重点推广项目——电渣熔铸一步成型曲轴工艺推广工作。设计能力为年产492Q发动机曲轴2万5千根,合铸件100t。由于多方面原因,生产一直不理想。仅1991年上半年,车间亏损5万多元,1991年下半年,围绕车间现状,我们开展了VE的应用活动,取得了明显成果。 Our factory casting workshop was established in early 1986. At that time, he was responsible for the national “7th Five-Year” key promotion project—the promotion of one-step forming crankshaft process of electroslag casting. The designed capacity is an annual output of 492Q crankshafts of 25,000 engines and 100t castings. Due to various reasons, production has been unsatisfactory. In the first half of 1991 alone, the workshop had a loss of more than 50,000 yuan. In the second half of 1991, we focused on the status quo of the workshop, and we carried out VE application activities and achieved remarkable results.
