本文以《劳动法》为蓝本,以实际工作为基础,针对《劳动法》制订的目的、主要内容以及促进劳动关系的作用和实施环节,提出了作者的想法,并且就建立稳定和谐劳动关系和企业制度制定方面提出了一些作者的认识——要在建立和发展具有中国特色的劳动关系基础上创造新的企业制度,以适应社会主义市场经济的发展,加速企业转换经营机制。同时,基于作者担任政工干部二十余年经验,提出工会在处理劳动关系中的重要作用。
Based on the actual work, this article puts forward the author's ideas in view of the purpose and main contents of the “Labor Law” as well as the role and the implementation of the promotion of labor relations. And on the basis of establishing a stable and harmonious labor relations and Some author's cognitions are put forward in formulating enterprise system: a new enterprise system should be created on the basis of establishing and developing labor relations with Chinese characteristics in order to adapt to the development of socialist market economy and speed up the transformation of business operation mechanism. At the same time, based on the author's more than 20 years of experience as a political cadre, he put forward the important role of trade unions in handling labor relations.
