从转子流速仪检定原理入手导出流速仪的检定公式,对流速仪采集数据的精度及其误差问题进行讨论。由于观测结果均是一些离散点,存在误差,针对流速仪检定系统数据采集低速段和中高速段精确度低的问题,通过比较各种拟合方法,采用最小二乘法对数据进行处理。通过LabVIEW软件编写一个数据采集的程序,并对一组流速仪检定的实验数据进行拟合,证明采用分段最小二乘法拟合流速仪鉴定曲线的正确性和可行性。
Based on the principle of rotor velocity meter verification, the verification formula of the velocity meter is derived and the accuracy and error of the data acquired by the velocity meter are discussed. Because the observation results are some discrete points, there is an error. According to the low accuracy of the data acquisition system in the low-speed section and middle-high speed section of the verification system, the data are processed by the least square method by comparing various fitting methods. A program of data acquisition was compiled by LabVIEW software, and a set of experimental data of velocity meter verification was fitted to prove the correctness and feasibility of fitting the velocity meter identification curve by piecewise least square method.
