为改善沥青路面夏季高温稳定性,缓解城市热岛效应,将一种新型热反射涂层涂布于沥青路面表面,分析了热反射涂层的工作原理,研发了热反射型沥青路面热物理环境性能综合测试设备,利用测试设备研究了不同颜色涂层对沥青混合料的降温效果,并利用摆式摩擦仪评价了不同厚度涂层的抗滑性能。分析结果表明:白色热反射涂层降温效果优于灰色涂层,试件表面白色热反射涂层室内降温极限可达18℃~25℃,在试件内部2.5cm处可降低9.4℃,灰色涂层表面可降低12℃;热反射涂层的降温能力随涂层厚度的增大而增大,但达到一定厚度后,降温效果趋于恒定,综合考虑降温效果与造价,热反射涂层最佳用量为0.6kg·m-2;随着涂层厚度的增大,表面抗滑性能降低,需要在涂层中添加抗滑颗粒,以满足行车安全性要求。
In order to improve the high temperature stability of asphalt pavement in summer and relieve the urban heat island effect, a new type of heat-reflective coating is applied to the surface of asphalt pavement.
