目的:观察间歇经口管饲法在改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍中的临床护理效果.方法:将我院康复科收治的78例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为对照组39例和观察组39例,两组均接受常规治疗及吞咽康复训练,对照组给予留置胃管鼻饲法,观察组给予间歇经口管饲法,疗程均为4周.观察两组洼田饮水试验(WST)评定的变化情况,比较两组护理疗效.结果:两组WST分级均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),观察组改善程度更显著(P<0.05);观察组和对照组临床总有效率分别为89.74％和76.92％,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:间歇经口管饲法能够有效改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能,提高生活质量,值得推广.
