Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of malignant tumors and provide clues for the cause hypothesis and provide basis for cancer prevention. Methods The incidence information was obtained through the establishment of the reporting system of malignant tumors, and the population adjustment rate (intermediate adjustment rate), world population adjustment rate (world adjustment rate) and 35-64 years old were calculated according to the method described in the “Guidelines for the Registry of Malignant Tumors in China” World population truncation adjustment rate (cut-off rate), 0 to 74-year-old cumulative rate (cumulative rate) and other statistical indicators. Results The average annual incidence of malignant tumors from 2001 to 2005 was 229.32 / lakh, with a medium transfer rate of 202.32 / lakh and an annual rate of 262.74 / lakh. The truncation rate was 522.03 / lakh and the cumulative rate was 39.17% . Sex ratio (male / female) was 1.92. Age and gender morbidity increase with age. The top 9 malignant tumors in men were gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, malignant lymphoma, leukemia, gallbladder and extrahepatic bile duct cancer and pancreatic cancer. The top 11 malignant tumors in women were gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, breast Cancer, lung cancer, colorectal cancer, cervical cancer, liver cancer, gallbladder and extrahepatic bile duct cancer, malignant lymphoma, leukemia, pancreatic cancer. Conclusions The incidence of malignant tumors in Wuwei City is on the rise, with the first and second rankings in gastric cancer and esophageal cancer.
