管理是企业的永恒主题,随着社会主义市场经济的建立和完善,产品不断丰富,昔日的卖方市场已转化为买方市场,企业内外部环境都发生了很大的变化,因此企业管理也要随着市场的变化而变化,也就是说,要注重企业管理创新,以适应市场日新月异的动态变化。一年前,中国化工企业管理协会、中国农药工业协会等十个化工企协曾以(2000)12号文件向各自管理的企业发出关于化工企业体制管理创新、管理机制创新、管理方法创新、管理手段创新、基础管理创新、企业形象创新提出了明确的目标和任务,寄希望各企业以管理创新推动企业管理水平的不断提高,推动企业的素质不断提高,推动企业经济效益的不断提高,推动企业管理水平上一个新台阶。
