目的对一起食物中毒的可疑致病菌进行相关的实验室检测及同源性分析。方法对15份剩余食品,10份公用具涂抹样品,2份从业人员手拭子,5份从业人员肛拭子,14份发病人员肛拭子进行致病菌分离鉴定、血清型、毒力基因以及PFGE图谱分析。结果 14份发病人员肛拭子中检出副溶血性弧菌11份,血清型均为03:K6型,PFGE分型图谱完全相同。结论综合流行病学调查资料和实验室检测结果,证实本次食物中毒为同源的03:K6型副溶血性弧菌感染引起。
Objective To carry out relevant laboratory tests and homology analysis on suspected pathogens causing food poisoning. Methods Isolation and identification of pathogens in 15 samples of residual food, 10 samples of common smear, 2 samples of hands-on swabs, 5 samples of anal swabs and 14 samples of human anus swabs. The serotypes, virulence genes, PFGE analysis. Results 11 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected in 14 swabs, the serotypes were all 03: K6, and the PFGE typing patterns were identical. Conclusion Based on the epidemiological survey data and laboratory test results, it is confirmed that this food poisoning is caused by homologous 03: K6 Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection.
