本文以汞膜电极研究了在铜(Ⅱ)存在下,痕量半胱氨酸的半微分吸附伏安溶出行为。发现在Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液(pH3.0)中,半胱氨酸浓度在3.0×10~(-9)~1.0×10~(-6)mol/L范围内与其溶出峰电流呈良好线性。富集10min,检测限为5.0×10~(-10)mol/L,相对标准偏差为3.4%。本法无需前处理即可直接测定啤酒中痕量半胱氨酸,结果满意。
In this paper, the semi-differential adsorption voltammetry of trace cysteine in the presence of copper (Ⅱ) was studied by using mercury electrode. The results showed that the concentration of cysteine in the Britton-Robinson buffer solution (pH3.0) was linear with the elution peak current in the range of 3.0 × 10 -9 to 1.0 × 10 -6 mol / L. The detection limit was 5.0 × 10 ~ (-10) mol / L with the relative standard deviation of 3.4%. The method can directly measure trace cysteine in beer without prior treatment, and the results are satisfactory.
