采用三种不同的工艺对Q235建筑结构钢进行了表面热处理,并分别在25℃(室温)和350℃(高温)进行了耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:三种表面热处理工艺对其耐磨损性能的改善效果依次为:超声振动激光表面淬火>激光表面淬火>感应加热表面淬火。表面热处理工艺优选为超声振动激光表面淬火。与未表面热处理的试样相比,超声振动激光表面淬火使其室温和高温磨损体积分别减小69%、85%。
Q235 structural steel was heat-treated by three different techniques. The wear resistance of Q235 steel was tested and analyzed at 25 ℃ (room temperature) and 350 ℃ (high temperature) respectively. The results show that the three surface heat treatment processes have the following improvement effects on the wear resistance: ultrasonic vibration laser surface quenching> laser surface quenching> induction heating surface quenching. The surface heat treatment process is preferably ultrasonic vibration laser surface hardening. Compared with the sample without surface heat treatment, ultrasonic vibration laser surface quenching reduced the wear volume at room temperature and high temperature by 69% and 85% respectively.
