分析了纳米水滑石(LDHs)对硬聚氯乙烯(UPVC)热稳定性的影响机理;并通过静态热稳定性实验发现,单纯使用LDHs作为聚氯乙烯的热稳定剂效果不好,初期稳定性较差,为此进行了正交实验设计,将LDHs与硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌复配,研究了这种复合稳定剂对聚氯乙烯动态热稳定时间的影响。实验证明,将LDHs与硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌复配可以起到很好的协同作用,大大提高了聚氯乙烯的热稳定性。
The mechanism of nano-hydrotalcite (LDHs) on the thermal stability of rigid polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) was analyzed. Static thermal stability experiments showed that using LDHs as the thermal stabilizer of PVC was not effective and the initial stability The orthogonal experiment was designed. LDHs were compounded with calcium stearate and zinc stearate to study the effect of this compound stabilizer on the dynamic thermal stability of polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
