为促进我国高校户外高空课程的开展,减少教学中的安全事故,采用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,侧重从北京市高校户外高空课程开展需要注意的安全因素、教学过程中教师应遵守的安全事项2个方面,对北京市高校开展户外高空课程的安全问题进行了分析,总结了此课程在教学实施过程中的安全原则,并提出了实施建议和对策。研究认为:1)开设的户外高空课程主要项目为个人挑战项目和攀岩项目;2)影响户外高空课程教学安全的因素包括教师素质、学生情况、季节气候、教学场地等宏观因素和场地设施、安全要点讲解、安全监控等微观层面的因素;3)从事高空课程教学的教师具有非专业学科毕业和年轻化特点;4)户外高空教学场地仍然存在与其他体育课程教学混合使用场地、场地内没有安全警示牌或安全规章制度等问题;5)户外高空课程安全教学应坚持双重保护、器械备份、多次复查、全程监护、参与保护、观察预判、张弛有度等7个原则。
In order to promote the development of outdoor high altitude courses in colleges and universities and reduce the safety accidents in teaching, this paper adopts the research methods of documentary data and interviews, and focuses on the safety factors that need to be paid attention to from outdoor high altitude courses in Beijing’s universities. Teachers should observe the teaching process On the two aspects of safety, this paper analyzes the security problems of outdoor high altitude courses in colleges and universities in Beijing, summarizes the safety principles of this course in teaching implementation, and puts forward the suggestions and solutions. The main research contents are as follows: 1) The main items of the open outdoor high-altitude courses are individual challenge programs and rock climbing projects; 2) The factors influencing the teaching safety of outdoor high-altitude courses include the macroeconomic factors such as teacher quality, student situation, seasonal climate, Key points, safety monitoring and other micro-level factors; 3) teachers engaged in teaching at high altitude have the characteristics of non-professional disciplines graduation and rejuvenation; 4) outdoor high school teaching venues still exist mixed with other physical education teaching venue, there is no safety inside the venue Warning signs or safety rules and regulations and other issues; 5) Safety teaching of outdoor high altitude courses should adhere to the principle of double protection, equipment backup, multiple reviews, full monitoring, participation in protection, observation and prediction, relaxation and so on.
