东风型内燃机车调速器上的电磁联锁有一套联锁盒,给检修造成了一定的困难。还有些老东风车的调速器布置在柴油机控制端和消音器之间,更换起来比较困难。另外,电磁联锁上的接线也较多,对线路不太熟悉的很容易接错。若接错,有的造成打“呱哒板”,有的电阻没加进去,起动时易把线圈烧掉。联锁盒本身故障也较多,时常反联锁断不开造成线圈烧损,给工作带来困难,影响行车安全。为了解决这个问题,我们经过反复试验,对电磁联锁线路做如下改进(见图1):
