本文采用MTT法对10例淋巴肉瘤、神经母细胞瘤、肾母细胞瘤等实体恶性肿瘤患儿作抗癌药物敏感试验。结果显示VP-16、丝裂霉素及顺铂等抗癌药物对儿童实体恶性肿瘤较为敏感。本文讨论了影响试验结果的三个主要因素:肿瘤细胞浓度,培养时间及药物浓度。笔者认为MTT法是一种简便易行重复性好的试验方法,抗癌药物敏感试验应逐渐成为化疗药物选择的重要依据。
In this article, MTT assay was used to detect anti-cancer drugs in 10 cases of solid malignant neoplasms such as lymphosarcoma, neuroblastoma and nephroblastoma. The results showed that VP-16, mitomycin and cisplatin and other anti-cancer drugs are more sensitive to solid malignancy in children. This article discusses three main factors that affect the test results: tumor cell concentration, culture time, and drug concentration. The author believes that the MTT method is a simple and easy to repeat good test method, anti-cancer drug sensitivity test should gradually become an important basis for the choice of chemotherapy drugs.
