目的探讨丹参川芎嗪对重度有机磷农药中毒的心肌保护作用。方法 50例重度有机磷农药中毒患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组常规给予洗胃、吸附、导泻、血液灌流,长托宁针,氯解磷定针,泮托拉唑针保胃及对症支持治疗;观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用丹参川芎嗪,对比两组心肌损伤程度和疗效。结果第1天两组患者肌钙蛋白I比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第3、5、7、10天观察组肌钙蛋白I水平低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪能够改善重度有机磷农药中毒所致心肌损害,减少心律失常发生率,改善预后,建议重度有机磷农药中毒伴心肌损害患者应常规应用丹参川芎嗪。
Objective To investigate the myocardial protective effect of ligustrazine on severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods Fifty patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 cases each. The control group was given gastric lavage, absorption, catharsis, hemoperfusion, hydrocortisone, chlorproin fixed needle, pantoprazole needle preservation and symptomatic supportive treatment; the observation group on the basis of routine treatment plus Salvia miltiorrhiza Triazine, compared the two groups of myocardial injury and efficacy. Results There was no significant difference in troponin I between the two groups on the first day (P> 0.05). The levels of troponin I in the observation group on the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 10th days were lower than those in the control group Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Ligustrazine tetramethylpyrazine can improve myocardial damage caused by severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, reduce the incidence of arrhythmia and improve prognosis. It is suggested that patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and myocardial damage should be routinely treated with Ligustrazine.
