目的探讨动态血压监测高血压病患者各参数值与脑卒中的关系。方法我科2010年以来采用Meditech ABPM-04便携式血压记录仪测定24h血压,在临床上预测脑卒中的发生具有重要的作用。结果根据高血压病患者335例临床监测血压值分析,发现患者的平均血压、脉压和收缩压同脑卒中的发生有着比较明显的相关性,而患者的舒张压同脑卒中的发生没有明显的相关性。结论通过动态血压监测高血压病患者,探讨各参数值与脑卒中的关系,提高了高血压病的治疗效果,降低了高血压并发脑卒中的发生率。
Objective To investigate the relationship between parameters of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in patients with hypertension and stroke. Methods Our department since 2010 with the Meditech ABPM-04 portable blood pressure recorder measured 24h blood pressure, the clinical prediction of the occurrence of stroke plays an important role. Results According to the blood pressure of 335 cases of hypertensive patients, the mean blood pressure, pulse pressure and systolic blood pressure were significantly correlated with the occurrence of stroke, and the diastolic blood pressure of patients with stroke was not significantly Correlation. Conclusions By monitoring ambulatory blood pressure in hypertensive patients, the relationship between the parameters and stroke is improved, the therapeutic effect of hypertension is improved, and the incidence of hypertension complicated with stroke is decreased.
