血管内皮细胞具有多种生理功能,参与机体血管的舒缩、凝血、炎症、免疫、物质转运和生物活性物质释放等生命活动。机械性损伤或各种血管性疾病均可使血管内皮细胞由管壁脱落进入外周循环成为循环内皮细胞,其脱落机制较为复杂。利用免疫学方法,对外周血中循环内皮细胞进行检测,是研究活体内血管内皮的一种非创伤性方法。循环内皮细胞计数可用于研究活体血管内皮的特性和功能,还可用于协助诊断相关疾病、判断病情、评估疗效。
Vascular endothelial cells have a variety of physiological functions, involved in the contraction and contraction of the body’s blood vessels, blood coagulation, inflammation, immune, substance transport and release of bioactive substances and other life activities. Mechanical injury or a variety of vascular diseases can make vascular endothelial cells shed from the wall into the peripheral circulation into circulating endothelial cells, the shedding mechanism is more complicated.
