【编者按】本刊在北京市统计局成立五十周年(2002年3月)前,开辟专栏刊载统计中人的优秀作品,旨与广大读者同贺共勉。 《制高点前》诗作者丁建华曾任某军作战参谋、战术教员,转业后任国家统计局机要秘书,参与、策划、主编了《中国城市统计年鉴》、《中华人民共和国社会经济统计发展公报》、《中国统计局长名录》、《中国县长展望》等书,时任中国统计信息服务中心综合部主任。 《制高点前》引人深思,令人回味,给人启迪,催人进取。它从多个视角立体塑就了我国广大统计工作者的境界与胸怀,真切地反映了作者热爱统计事业并为之呐喊、拼搏的进取心照,也使人们从中感受到我国统计事业发展的美好未来。
[Editor’s note] This publication opened a special column of statistics excellent people in statistics before the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Bureau of Statistics of Beijing Municipality (March 2002), aiming to share our support with readers. Ding Jianhua, former commanding officer of the commanding height, served as a combat officer and tactical instructor for the military and was appointed as a secretary secretary of the State Statistical Bureau after his transfer. He participated in, planned and edited the “China City Statistical Yearbook” and “The Communique of the People’s Republic of China on the Social and Economic Development Statistics” “China Statistics Director Directory”, “China County Magistrate Outlook” and other books, then China Statistical Information Service Center, director of the comprehensive department. “Commanding high before” thought-provoking, memorable, inspiring, enterprising and enterprising. It stereoscopically shapes the realm and mind of the vast numbers of statisticians in our country from many perspectives and truly reflects the author’s devotion to the cause of statistics and the aggressive enterprising spirit of the statistic work and also makes people feel the bright future of the development of statistical work in our country .
