目的:葛根素与葡萄糖耐量因子均参与并调节糖代谢和脂代谢,本研究旨在筛选1种半固态培养法发酵制备葛根素与葡萄糖耐量因子复合物的最佳工艺。方法:通过正交试验,选择4个主要影响因素,每个因素3个水平,选用L9(34)正交表,进行半固态发酵。结果:筛选出最佳工艺为葛根素添加量20g,葛根素添加于开始发酵后24h,烟酸铬添加量200mg,发酵时间5d。结论:该数据可为大规模工业化生产提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: Puerarin and glucose tolerance factor are involved in and regulate glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism. The purpose of this study is to screen the best technology of one kind of semi-solid culture fermentation of puerarin and glucose tolerance factor complex. Methods: By orthogonal test, four main influencing factors were selected, three levels of each factor were selected, and L9 (34) orthogonal table was selected for semi-solid fermentation. Results: The optimum technological conditions were as follows: puerarin added 20g, puerarin added 24h after starting fermentation, the amount of chromium nicotinate added 200mg, fermentation time 5d. Conclusion: This data can provide the basis for large-scale industrial production.
