结合中国的国情与信息时代的发展特点,对我国现行的教育体制改革、科研发展人才培养战略与外来文化对民族传统的影响等问题进行了探讨,并针对性地提出了若干建议。
Based on the development of China’s national conditions and the information age, this paper discusses the current reform of education system, the strategy of personnel training of scientific research development and the influence of foreign cultures on the national tradition. Some suggestions are put forward.
