在分析、评价王希玲五十多年来的艺术实践时,许多理论工作者不约而同称王希玲已形成了当代豫剧的“王派”小生。她不仅在豫剧中创出了小生领戏的剧团演出风格,而且拥有了一批在观众中深受喜爱的代表剧目,磨炼出自己独特的表演艺术个性。有评论家曰“:博采众长,融众为我,独树一帜,她完全具备流派的水平。”本文就王希玲构筑其“王派”小生表演艺术创作理论体系的核心概念,学习和研究王希玲表演艺术,为理论的争鸣抛砖引玉而已。
