目的:现察介入放射诊疗人员防护前后的 T细胞亚群、IL-2R(CD25)、NK细胞(CD16)的影响.方法:左32名放射科人员中选择从事介入放射诊疗10年以上,慢性疲劳症状突出者10人为现察对象;使用功能性食品抗疲I号胶囊防护,设防护前组(BG)、防护后组 (AG)、对照组(CG),使用流式细胞仪测定防护前后的 T细胞亚群、CD25、CD16。结果:AG与BG相比,总T细胞CD3上升,亚群中的CD8呈上升,CD4略有下降,CD4/CD8下降,CD25和CD16上升(P<0.05,P<0.01);BG与CG相比,CD3、CD4、CD8、CD16、CD25均呈低下水平(P<0.05,P<0.01),CD4/CD8。比值出现异常升高等.结论:长期从事医疗辐射环境在危害机体造血的同时,也危害T细胞亚群及 T细胞 CD16、CD25的表达,I胶囊有明显的改善造血、调节细胞免疫功能的抗辐射作用.
Objective: To investigate the influence of T cell subsets, IL-2R (CD25) and NK cells (CD16) before and after interventional radiologists treatment. Methods: The left 32 radiologists were involved in the interventional radiology for more than 10 years, and 10 persons with chronic fatigue symptoms were investigated. The functional food anti-fatigue I capsule protection, pre-protection group (BG) Group (AG) and control group (CG). T cell subsets, CD25 and CD16 before and after protection were measured by flow cytometry. Results: Compared with BG, total CD3 of total T cells increased, CD8 in subgroup increased, CD4 decreased slightly, CD4 / CD8 decreased, CD25 and CD16 increased (P <0.05, P <0.01); Compared with CG, BG, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD16 and CD25 all showed low level (P <0.05, P <0.01) and CD4 / CD8. Ratio abnormal increase. Conclusion: The long-term medical radiation environment, while endangering the hematopoiesis of the body, also endanger the expression of CD16 and CD25 on T cell subsets and T cells. I capsule has a significant effect on hematopoiesis and anti-radiation effects of cellular immune function.
