依据国家及煤炭行业相关标准,利用DPS自动控制与微机数据采集技术完成煤矿防爆电器开关接通与开断检验装置的总体设计方案。装置采用模拟负载阻抗,实现对煤矿防爆电器开关在正常工作和短路状态下最大负荷开断能力检验,同时检验上述状态下能否可靠开断供电线路且产品不发生触头熔焊、拉弧及其他可引起电气绝缘降低的现象。
