本文阐述采用三乙醇胺和尿素混合物作为共渗剂,进行气体碳氮共渗,共渗剂滴量多少和两种渗剂的配比更改对渗层产生黑色组织的影响。试验结果定性表明,尿素量增加,其影响较大;而滴量增加时则影响甚微。若三乙醇胺和尿素两种渗剂的重量比为80比20时,可以避免产生黑色组织。 若将具有黑色组织的试样放在盐炉中再加热后,发现试样上的黑色组织有聚集现象,但没有向内扩散的倾向。
This article describes the use of triethanolamine and urea mixture as infiltrating agent for gas carbonitriding, infiltrating agent volume and the amount of two infiltrant ratio changes on the infiltration of black tissue. Qualitative test results show that the amount of urea increased, the greater impact; and when the drop volume has little effect. If triethanolamine and urea two penetration agent weight ratio of 80 to 20, to avoid the formation of black tissue. If a sample with a black structure is placed in a salt furnace and reheated, it is found that the black tissue on the sample aggregates but does not tend to diffuse inwardly.
