引言自从1957年Hunter和Markert发明了酶谱技术之后,同工酶分析技术作为从分子水平研究生物现象的重要手段,在生物科学的研究中得到日益广泛的应用[1]。在作物遗传育种研究领域,同工酶分析技术已被应用于品种资源、杂交育种、杂种优势预测、遗传基因定位、体细胞融合杂种及远缘杂种的鉴定等方面〔1-12,17-21〕。但是,至今有关种子学方面的同工酶研究报道甚少。本试验的目的是研究水稻种子发芽过程不同部位酯酶同工酶的变化,为进一步研究水稻种子生理以及稻种分类提供依据。
Introduction Since the discovery of zymogram technology by Hunter and Markert in 1957, isozyme analysis has been increasingly used in biological science as an important means of studying biological phenomena at the molecular level [1]. In the field of crop genetics and breeding, isozyme analysis technology has been applied to the aspects of variety resources, cross breeding, prediction of heterosis, genetic loci, hybrids of somatic cells and identification of distant hybrids [1-12, 17-21 ]. However, little is known about isozyme studies in seed science. The purpose of this experiment is to study the changes of esterase isozymes in different parts of rice seed germination process and provide the basis for further study of rice seed physiology and rice classification.
