采用高效液相色谱法和原子吸收法对水浮莲叶中的氨基酸和微量元素进行测定,测得水浮莲叶中17种氨基酸和8种微量元素。结果表明:水浮莲叶中氨基酸总含量(为58.288mg/g)及必需氨基酸含量(为28.905mg/g)皆较高,且富含微量元素。
Amino acids and trace elements in leaves of Pistia stratiotes L. were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and atomic absorption spectrometry. Seventeen amino acids and eight trace elements were detected in leaves of Pistia stratiotes. The results showed that the total content of amino acids (58.288mg / g) and essential amino acids (28.905mg / g) in the leaves of Pistia stratiotes L. were high, and were rich in trace elements.
