<正> 贪污、贿赂犯罪不仅直接侵害了我国法律所保护的财产关系,而且损害党和国家的形象,破坏党和人民群众的血肉关系,是一种最严重的腐败现象,具有极大的社会危害性。仅从深圳市检察机关近几年立案侦查贪污、贿赂犯罪案件的情况看,一直是持续上升的趋势。1989年,全年共立案侦查这类犯罪案件185件,比1988年上升1.72倍;追缴赃款赃物价值人民币1642.2万元,是1988年的2.49倍。它从一个侧面反映贪污贿赂犯罪的猖獗和危害程度。
