目前我国证券交易市场正处于改革发展的阶段,充满机遇但也存在众多挑战,将其引向良性发展成为一个重要话题。其中,上市公司的信息披露就是关系到广大投资者尤其是中小投资者切身利益的重要问题,如何清醒认识上市公司信息披露中所存在的问题并找出切实有效的应对措施成为当务之急。本文从目前上市公司信息披露中存在的问题进行分析,并提出几点解决的对策建议。 At present, China’s stock exchange market is in the stage of reform and development, full of opportunities but also has many challenges, which leads to the healthy development has become an important topic. Among them, the information disclosure of listed companies is an important issue that relates to the immediate interests of investors, especially small and medium-sized investors. How to clearly understand the problems existing in the information disclosure of listed companies and find out practical and effective countermeasures become a top priority. This article analyzes the existing problems in the information disclosure of listed companies and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
