为了深入揭示磨料射流破岩机制,开展磨料射流冲蚀典型脆性岩石(硅质灰岩)实验,同时用CT扫描机对冲蚀后试件进行CT扫描,并利用图像处理技术对获得的CT图像进行二值化处理,直观反映磨料射流作用下岩石的破坏与损伤情况。结果表明:磨料射流破岩过程中除了能冲蚀去除岩石,于岩石内部形成由圆形截面与“V”形垂面构成的倒锥体冲蚀孔洞外,还会在孔壁致生大量小裂缝,对岩石产生一定的损伤作用,于冲蚀孔周边构造出一定范围的损伤区。通过实验测试手段直接验证了磨料射流冲蚀损伤岩石特性的存在,为深入揭示磨料射流破岩机制提供实验基础。
