目的:测定桑椹枸杞酒中橙皮苷的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-醋酸-水(35∶4∶61);检测波长为283nm,流速为1.0m L/min。结果:橙皮苷在0.2512-3.0144μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.11%,RSD=0.65%。结论:本法重复性好,方法简洁,结果可靠,可作为桑椹枸杞酒中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。
Objective: To determine the content of hesperidin in mulberry wolfberry wine. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was used. The chromatographic column was a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-acetic acid-water (35:4:61). The detection wavelength was 283 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. Results: Hesperidin had good linearity in the range of 0.2512-3.0144μg with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.9998, with an average recovery of 99.11% and a RSD of 0.65%. Conclusion: This method has good repeatability, concise method and reliable results. It can be used as a method for the determination of hesperidin in mulberry wolfberry wine.
