我国是世界上种植花生的主要国家之一,但是国内关于花生的主要油脂品质——其脂肪酸组成的报道,多系引用国外的测试数据。由于资料的来源不同,其脂肪酸的最主要成分油酸和亚油酸的含量差异很大,有的介绍油酸为65.7~71.5%,亚油酸为13~19.2%,有的资料油酸为39.2~65.7%,亚油酸为16.8~38.2%,还有的油酸为50~70%、亚油酸为13~26%。花生的脂肪酸组成是一种数量性状,除了同品种有关外,还同自然环境栽培等因素高度相关。为了了解花生在我省栽培条件下脂肪酸成份,我们利用日本岛津GC—7AG气相色谱仪对花生的脂肪酸组成进行了气液色谱分析。
China is one of the main countries where peanut is planted in the world. However, the domestic reports about the main lipid quality of peanuts - its fatty acid composition are mostly based on foreign test data. Because of different sources of information, the fatty acid content of the main components of oleic acid and linoleic acid vary widely, some introduced oleic acid 65.7 ~ 71.5%, linoleic acid 13 ~ 19.2%, some of the data oleic acid 39.2-65.7%, linoleic acid 16.8-38.2%, oleic acid 50-70% and linoleic acid 13-26%. The fatty acid composition of peanut is a quantitative trait, which is highly related to the cultivation of natural environment and other factors besides the same variety. In order to understand the fatty acid composition of peanut cultivation conditions in our province, we used Japan Shimadzu GC-7AG gas chromatograph to analyze the fatty acid composition of peanut.
