学业导师制是实施和完善学分制的一种辅助制度。音乐学院的音乐学生通过在校专业学习,掌握音乐学科的基本理论、基础知识与基本技能,具备在高等和中等学校进行音乐教学和教学研究基本能力。目前,很多高师院校由于受师资力量和教学条件的限制,根据音乐教学的特点,开展了学生导师制。如何提高学业导师制的实际效果,是高校院校音乐学院值得关注的问题。
Academic tutor system is an auxiliary system to implement and improve the credit system.
