目的 :探讨硫氮卓酮 (Diltiazem简称Dil)对失血性体克犬肺泡Ⅱ型细胞的影响。方法 :动脉放血 ,使血压降低至 5 .33~ 6 .6 7kPa(4 0~ 5 0mmHg) ,维持 90min后回输血液进行复苏。在休克 30min时 ,分别给动物输注生理盐水和Dil。结果 :Dil能明显提高失血性休克动物的平均动脉压 (MAP) ;降低肺组织中的丙二醛 (MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)的活性 ;电镜显示使用Dil后肺泡Ⅱ型细胞板层体较多 ,微绒毛完整。结论 :Dil对失血性休克犬的肺泡Ⅱ型细胞具有保护作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of Diltiazem (Diltiazem) on the alveolar type Ⅱ cells in hemorrhagic canine. Methods: Arterial bleeding, blood pressure was reduced to 5.333-6.67kPa (40 ~ 50mmHg), 90min after the return of blood for resuscitation. At 30 minutes of shock, animals were infused with saline and Dil, respectively. RESULTS: Dil significantly increased mean arterial pressure (MAP) in hemorrhagic shock animals and decreased MDA content and SOD activity in lung tissue. Electron microscopy showed that the expression of alveolar type II More lamellar body cells, microvilli complete. Conclusion: Dil has a protective effect on alveolar type Ⅱ cells in hemorrhagic shock dogs
