管道航路能够提高现有空域容量、增加空域的使用效率。但开启和运行该航路比常规航路需要更高的成本。本文根据交通流量需求情况,在航班等待费用和航路运行费用下寻找最合适的激活时刻。建立了最小费用下的管道航路激活问题的数学优化模型,给出了相应算法及步骤,并进行了Matlab仿真计算。仿真结果表明了模型和算法的有效性。
The pipeline route can improve the existing airspace capacity and increase the airspace utilization efficiency. However, opening and operating the route requires higher costs than conventional routes. In this paper, according to the demand of traffic flow, find the most suitable moment of activation under the flight waiting fee and route operating cost. The mathematic optimization model of pipeline route activation problem with minimum cost is established. The corresponding algorithms and steps are given and the Matlab simulation is carried out. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the model and algorithm.
