在分析传统石煤焙烧设备的基础上,提出一种适用于石煤提钒的“导风墙-干燥床”式焙烧竖炉。通过与钒钛磁铁矿焙烧竖炉进行对比,阐述了石煤焙烧竖炉独有的结构特点,定量给出了其结构参数和操作参数,并建成了国内第一台真正意义上的石煤焙烧竖炉。实践表明:石煤焙烧竖炉是一种技术可靠、经济可行的石煤提钒焙烧设备,它具有炉内温度气氛可控、利用系数较高、单位产品能耗较低、钒回收率较高等优点。对探索我国石煤提钒焙烧的新设备、促进石煤提钒行业的快速发展具有重要意义。
On the basis of analyzing the traditional stone coal roasting equipment, a “wind wall-drying bed” roasting shaft furnace suitable for vanadium extraction from stone coal is proposed. Through the comparison with the roasting shaft furnace of vanadium-titanium magnetite, the unique structural characteristics of the stone-burning shaft furnace are expounded, the structural parameters and operating parameters are given quantitatively, and the first real stone coal in China Roasting shaft furnace. Practice shows that the stone coal roasting shaft furnace is a reliable and economically viable stone coal vanadium roasting equipment. It has the advantages of controllable furnace atmosphere temperature, high utilization coefficient, low energy consumption per unit product and high vanadium recovery rate advantage. It is of great significance to explore new equipment for extracting vanadium from stone coal in our country and to promote the rapid development of vanadium extraction industry.
