目的观察温度、pH值、有机干扰物等因素对复方过氧化氢消毒剂杀芽孢效果的影响。方法采用悬液定量杀芽孢试验对该消毒剂杀芽孢效果及其影响因素进行评价。结果用过氧化氢含量59.28 g/L的消毒液作用7.5 min,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值为5.03,达到高水平消毒效果;温度对杀芽孢效果有明显影响,随着温度的升高,其杀芽孢效果显著增强;pH值对该消毒剂杀芽孢效果无影响;有机干扰物对其杀芽孢效果有轻度影响。结论该复方过氧化氢消毒剂具有优良的杀芽孢效果,pH值、有机干扰物质对其杀芽孢效果的影响较小。
Objective To observe the influence of temperature, pH value and organic interference on the killing effect of compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant on sporulation. Methods Sporulation quantitative sporulation test of the disinfectant sporulation effect and its influencing factors were evaluated. Results The disinfectant with 59.28 g / L hydrogen peroxide was applied for 7.5 min, the logarithm value of Bacillus subtilis black strain in suspension was 5.03, which reached a high level of disinfection effect. Temperature had a significant effect on killing spores, The temperature increase, the sporicidal effect was significantly enhanced; pH value of the disinfectant spores effect no effect; organic interferences to kill the spores effect has a slight effect. Conclusion The compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant has an excellent sporicidal effect. The effect of pH and organic interfering substances on the sporicidal effect is small.
