随着铁路高速发展,机务扩能改造不断增强。如何使有限的建设资金,通过工程造价管理来充分满足高铁时代不断增加的机务工作量和现代化运输格局的需要,成了机务基建工作重点探索的一个课题。
With the rapid development of railways, the expansion of mechanical capacity expansion continued to increase. How to make the limited construction funds fully meet the increasing workload of the high-speed railway and the need of the modern transportation pattern through project cost management have become an issue to be explored emphatically in the maintenance of the infrastructure work.
