目的了解模拟失重状态下健康人视觉诱发电位的变化。方法选取男性健康志愿者6名,于-6°头低位卧床模拟失重状态第2天、第5天及受试前测量双眼在不同空间频率下的视觉诱发电位P100波。结果不同空间频率下,视觉诱发电位P100波潜伏期在受试前后无明显差异,P100波波幅在高空间频率下有显著下降,具有统计学意义(P<0.01),在中空间频率及低空间频率下无显著性改变。结论模拟失重状态可导致高空间频率下的视觉诱发电位改变,提示失重对于正常人视功能可能存在一定的影响。
Objective To understand the changes of visual evoked potentials in healthy subjects under simulated weightlessness. Methods Six male volunteers were enrolled in this study. The visual evoked potentials (P100) of two eyes at different spatial frequencies were measured at day 2 and day 5 of -6 ° head-down bed simulated weightlessness. Results At different spatial frequencies, there was no significant difference in latency of visual evoked potentials P100 before and after the experiment. The amplitude of P100 decreased significantly at high spatial frequency (P <0.01). At mid-spatial frequency and low spatial frequency No significant change under. Conclusion Simulated weightlessness can lead to changes of visual evoked potentials at high spatial frequencies, suggesting that weight loss may have some influence on visual function in normal subjects.
