用液压橡皮模压制带有波纹一类的薄板零件,其工艺简单,模具制造容易,零件表面平整。缺点是由于波纹的波距小,波高大,波谷深处就超过了橡皮的形变能力。这样,仅靠橡皮的压力,零件还不能和模具紧密贴合,致使零件的齿高尺寸总不能满足要求。在这种情况下,设想再用一块金属校形模具,对已由橡皮模初压的零件加以校形,会使零件波纹齿高尺寸增加。
