以运动抑制为主要表现形式的癫痫发作病临床上较为少见。本文报道1例经脑电图诱发试验及抗癫痫治疗证实了的失语伴双侧运动抑制的癫痫发作。患者女,18岁,学生。1986年8月与人口角后出现失语,双侧肢体无力,无意识碍障,数小时后恢复正常。1987年3～5月无明显诱因又有5次发作,症状相同。于当年5月以“周期性麻痹”,“癔病”拟诊入院。查体:T36.8℃,P80次/分,R16次/分,
Epilepsy is the most common form of exercise-induced seizures. This article reports a case of epileptic seizures induced by electroencephalogram-induced test and anti-epilepsy therapy. Patient female, 18 years old, student. After a stalemate in August 1986 with the population angle, bilateral limb weakness, unconsciousness disorder, back to normal after a few hours. From March to May 1987, there were 5 unexplained inducements and the same symptoms. In May of that year, “periodic paralysis”, “hysteria” proposed admission to hospital.
