目的:调查某院骨外科喜炎平注射液(XYP)使用情况,为促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法:回顾性随机抽查某院2013年骨外科180份使用XYP的住院病历,对其用药目的和用法、用量进行统计分析。结果:XYP用法用量合理率为97.2%;使用XYP患者中手术患者占82.8%,其中有97.3%符合用药目的;非手术患者占17.2%,其中有71.0%符合用药目的;单独使用XYP比例为60%,与抗菌药物联合用药比例为40%;用药疗程最长20 d,最短1 d,平均(7.7±5.3)d。结论:临床使用XYP存在不合理的情况,应加强其规范使用的管理。
Objective: To investigate the use of Xiyanping injection (XYP) in a hospital of orthopedic surgery and provide reference for promoting clinical rational use of drug. Methods: A retrospective randomized 180 hospitalized orthopedics in a hospital using XYP hospitalized medical record in a retrospective study, and analyzed the purpose and usage of the hospital and dosage. Results: The rationality rate of XYP usage was 97.2%. The operation patients with XYP accounted for 82.8%, of which 97.3% met the purpose of medication. The non-operation patients accounted for 17.2%, of which 71.0% were in compliance with the purpose of medication. The XYP ratio was 60 %, Combined with antibacterial drugs was 40%; medication up to 20 d, the shortest 1 d, an average of (7.7 ± 5.3) d. Conclusion: There is an irrational situation in clinical use of XYP, and the management of its use should be strengthened.
